We operate 100% inspection on all our goods, mending fabric where necessary.   Fabric is rolled on machinery with edge-guiding devices to ensure a straight-edged roll.  All rolls are then wrapped in polythene to maintain the cleanliness of the product for storage and transport.

Careful checks are made on incoming raw materials to ensure they conform to relevent specifications.  Fabric is inspected during manufacture on a regular basis and 100% of production is inspected prior to despatch.
